Once your order is processed, the next scheduled issue will be mailed. The publishers ask that you allow 6-14 weeks for magazine delivery. This is the standard industry lead time and every effort will be made to expedite your order. Renewal will be added to existing subscription to ensure uninterrupted service. On the average, monthly publications should be expected in 6-8 weeks, bi-monthly publications in 10-14 weeks, quarterly publications and foreign subscriptions in14-16 weeks. Should you not receive your first copy within these time frames, we would appreciate an email so we could look into it.
What should I do if I need to change my address?
Addresses could be changed by directly accessing your account over at the magazine's website. If it would be more convenient for you, just send us an email and it will be our pleasure to have it updated. It is recommended that the change be done 2 months at the latest before the actual transfer. This is to ensure that you will receive your subscriptions without interruption.
Why do you need my email address?
We maintain your account through your email address. This is also to ensure that all information regarding your subscription will be communicated to you in a timely manner.
What if I miss an issue?

What is your refund policy?
